1.At each intersection of the bearing bars and cross bars, the components should be fixed by welding, riveting, or pressure locking.

2.Resistance welding is the preferred welding method for steel grating, although arc welding can also be used.

3.Pressure locking can be performed by pressing the cross bars into the bearing bars using a pressing machine to secure them firmly.

4.Steel grating can be fabricated into various sizes and shapes according to customer requirements.

5.The spacing of bearing bars and cross bars can be determined by both the supplier and the buyer based on design specifications. For industrial platforms, it is recommended that the bearing bar spacing does not exceed 40 mm and the cross bar spacing does not exceed 165 mm.
